Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Growth Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop and deliver engaging product presentations, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by actively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities
  • Understand client requirements and tailor product or service solutions to meet their needs
  • Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrate product value, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively
  • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline to track interactions, ensure timely follow-ups, and maximize conversion rates
  • Act as a point of contact for customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
