Overview:
New Barbizon Fashion, Inc. (NBFI) is a leading fashion retail company in the Philippines known for quality and stylish apparel since 1974. We are seeking a Merchandise Planning & Control Associate to join our team. The role involves analyzing and monitoring inventory stock levels to ensure proper replenishment and allocation of merchandise across various channels. This position requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations Departments to meet sales targets and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor desired inventory stock levels for proper replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for timely analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for order processing.
- Coordinate with Operations to resolve distribution issues.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate leader.
Requirements:
- College graduate of Business-related course or Industrial Engineering.
- Preferably with at least 1-year related experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel Worksheets; highly analytical and proactive.
