The Product Data & Analytics team at Shimonee builds internal analytic partnerships to enhance business health and optimize revenue opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with global teams to develop data pipelines supporting analytics needs.
• Support cross-functional projects using advanced data engineering techniques.
• Build and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution specifications.
• Create reusable processes for data ingestion and transformation frameworks.
• Use tools to manipulate large-scale databases for insights.
• Apply quality control processes to new and existing data sources.
• Recruit and supervise data engineer & analyst-level employees.

• Experience in data engineering and quantitative analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills for large datasets (Big Data).
• Experience with Databricks, Hadoop, Big Data technologies.
• Cloud platform experience such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in Pyspark, Python, Hive.
