Mario A. Alix Philippines, Inc. (MAAP), formerly known as Mario A. Alix & Partners, has been engaged in the provision of engineering design services since 1987. Our humble beginnings began at the ground floor of our founder and current president, Engr. Mario Alix’s, residential apartment in Singalong St., Malate, Manila. Initially, we operated as a two-person tandem, but over time, we grew into a formidable thirty-man unit. Our restructured operations were entirely relocated to a new establishment in Angel Linao Extension in 2014. We designed for the following sectors over the course of nearly four decades: residential, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, health & wellness, retail, BPO, and offices, among others.

The significance of cost-effective, well-designed systems is a fundamental tenet of our engineering design acumen. As a result, we have developed our competitive edge by focusing on value engineering initiatives.

In the more recent years, we have expanded our services to include: power systems coordination study, peer reviews, and energy audit.

Overview:
Mario A. Alix Philippines Inc., a leader in engineering design services since 1987, is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. Based in Manila, this role involves managing various HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of HR principles.

Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and records management.
- Oversee performance management systems.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits programs.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Manage off-boarding processes effectively.


Requirements:
