Overview:
Superfine Facilities Management Services LLC is looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to support our managing partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, managing calls, coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calls, emails, and meeting schedules for managing partners.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense tracking.
- Organize appointments and ensure smooth calendar management.
- Assist with administrative tasks and document preparation.

Requirements:
