We offer a range of services including building maintenance, HVAC, cleaning, plumbing, and security. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base through strong relationships and effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Sell our services including maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, and more.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate, close deals, and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (facilities management or related industries a plus).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
