Overview:
ATeam For Hire is seeking a hybrid Sales and Creative Support Specialist to support global consumer goods and retail brands. This role combines sales operations with creative design, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies while delivering innovative design solutions. Join a team dedicated to driving results through collaboration and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team operations with presentations, vendor portals, and logistics support.
- Execute and track email marketing campaigns.
- Identify product opportunities through market research.
- Build strong vendor and retail partner relationships.
- Design packaging, graphics, and collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage website content updates (Shopify).
- Deliver vendor-ready print production files.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on brand concepts.
Requirements:
- Experience in consumer goods or retail industries required.
- 2+ years of combined experience in sales support and creative/design roles.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Ability to balance structure, detail, and creative thinking.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
