Job Description
Overview:
The Division Head - Industrial Doors will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Industrial Door division. This role is crucial for driving profitability and growth while managing a diverse range of industrial door products. The successful candidate will possess extensive market knowledge and experience in leading teams to achieve ambitious sales targets across PAN India.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the Industrial Door division.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the sales team in closing large industrial door projects.
- Ensure efficient execution of projects from order to installation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the industrial segment.
- At least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
- Strong experience in Industrial Distribution (ID) Sales handling targets of 80-90 crores.
- Excellent communication skills with deep market knowledge.
