Overview:
At Growth Consultant, we believe in the power of talent. We are seeking a Sr Manager - Corporate Relations to build and maintain business relationships with clients in both Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-EB sectors. This role involves leading our business development team and driving revenue generation through strategic client engagement and market research. You will be instrumental in preparing proposals and maintaining corporate relations while ensuring ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain business relationships with clients – EB & Non-EB.
- Lead the business development team to achieve targets.
- Identify potential clients through market research and intelligence.
- Generate revenue according to monthly/quarterly/annual plans.
- Prepare proposals/RFQ in consultation with clients.
- Provide periodical reports (MIS) to management on progress.
- Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance providers.
- Schedule and attend meetings to discuss client needs.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate relations or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through client engagement.
- Willingness to travel as required.
