Job Description

Overview
The Senior Assistant Human Resource Manager will support the HR department in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure effective people management while upholding the company’s mission of quality, compliance, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems.
Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, labor laws, and procedures.

Requirements
