Position: English-Speaking Online Chat Representative (Remote)
We’re looking for individuals who are fluent in written English and comfortable navigating online environments. You’ll manage real-time conversations for digital creators, helping to build engagement and strengthen subscriber relationships through authentic, casual messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to subscriber messages in English
Keep conversations engaging, natural, and on-brand
Highlight extra features, premium content, and renewals
Support retention and encourage continued subscriber activity
Track conversations and maintain performance records
Handle all communication with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written English communication skills
Fast typing and strong multitasking ability
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Good understanding of online culture and social platforms
Prior experience in chat, moderation, customer support, or social media is a plus
Preference given to candidates located in Eastern Europe for time zone alignment and team collaboration
Compensation & Schedule:
Commission-based pay — earnings based on your performance
Earning potential: $2,500 – $13,000/month for full-time contributors
Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends available)
Fully remote role within an international team
