A Celebration of Birth And Life is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The QA Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our midwifery services by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements.
- Perform regression testing after fixes or enhancements are implemented.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on quality improvements.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members.
