About the Role
Wetrackads is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with a strong passion for designing engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring intuitive and visually appealing interfaces to life with a primary focus on web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Design user-centric interfaces and workflows for web applications (and mobile apps where needed).
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and UI specifications.
• Ensure responsive design compatibility across devices and screen sizes.
• Translate complex functional requirements into clear and user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve UI/UX standards and design systems.
• Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI components.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Experience in user research and data-driven design improvements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Tailwind CSS).
• Experience with mobile app design (iOS and Android guidelines).
• Basic understanding of agile development methodologies.
