Overview:
Die Hartenfels Consulting Group sucht für ein renommiertes Architekturbüro in Köln einen erfahrenen Architekten mit fundierten BIM-Kenntnissen. Das Büro realisiert anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte im Bereich Gesundheitsbauten, Kulturbauten und nachhaltige Gewerbeimmobilien. Der ideale Kandidat wird komplexe Bauprojekte eigenverantwortlich planen und steuern sowie digitale Planungsprozesse aktiv mitgestalten.
Responsibilities:
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung komplexer Bauprojekte in allen Leistungsphasen (HOAI).
- Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Building Information Modeling (BIM) in allen Projektphasen.
- Enge Abstimmung mit Fachplanern, Bauherren und Projektpartnern.
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten in der Projektbearbeitung.
- Aktive Mitgestaltung digitaler Planungsprozesse im Büro.
Requirements:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur (Dipl.-Ing. oder Master).
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in BIM-gestützter Planung (z. B. Revit, Solibri, Navisworks oder vergleichbar).
- Kreatives Entwurfsvermögen kombiniert mit strukturiertem, präzisem Arbeiten.
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern.
