Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned real estate professional to establish and lead our real estate operations in India. The role will focus on developing land parcels into commercial or industrial assets. The incumbent will be responsible for project conceptualization, regulatory approvals, vendor mobilization, execution, and project completion. This is a strategic, high-impact position requiring strong execution capabilities, industry network, and project leadership


Key Responsibilities:-

Lead overall project development, planning, and execution of real estate assets
Manage techno-commercial aspects of the project, including BOQ preparation, budgeting, and vendor negotiations
Drive project execution, timelines, and quality, ensuring cost control and timely handover
Identify, appoint, and manage architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Supervise construction and property development activities, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
Liaise with government authorities for licenses, approvals, and permits
Oversee banking and funding aspects of the project and maintain project P&L
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery
Build and leverage an ecosystem of industry contacts including developers, regulatory bodies, and vendors
Ensure end-to-end accountability from project planning to completion
Identify new location for projects.

Candidate Requirements:-
Minimum 20 years of experience in real estate project management
Proven track record in commercial real estate (e.g., malls, office buildings, industrial setups)
Deep understanding of project lifecycle, including planning, approvals, vendor management, and execution
Experience working with top real estate firms such as DLF, Vatika, Unitech, etc.
Strong knowledge of construction norms, government approvals, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A well-established network in the real estate and construction ecosystem

Education:-

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
Master’s degree preferred, especially in civil, urban planning, or related fields
