Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is looking for a strategic HR Lead to take ownership of our people and culture function. This is more than an admin role — it’s a chance to design HR systems from scratch, shape factory discipline, and become a key player in a fast-scaling industrial company.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Lead located in Awka. The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, handling personnel management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role involves collaborating with management to address staffing needs, conducting performance reviews, and supporting employee development and engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive end-to-end HR: from recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to exits
Design HR structures and enforce discipline, policies, and factory conduct
Align workforce planning with production goals and shift schedules
Support payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (PAYE, pension, HMO, NHF)
Implement HR systems (ERP – Odoo preferred)
Coach and support line managers as people leaders
Serve as a true business partner to management



What You’ll Bring
3–5+ years HR experience (at least 1 year in a leadership role)
Manufacturing/FMCG/industrial experience is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and people development skills
Proficient in Excel and digital HR systems
Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Skills in Personnel Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional HR certification is a plus
Willingness to live onsite or relocate to Awka
