Overview:
Bright Staffing is seeking highly motivated Call Center Sales Agents to join our remote team. In this fast-paced environment, you will handle outbound/inbound calls aimed at transferring qualified credit pulls for financial loan services. We value quality and efficiency in connecting top talent with leading companies.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone to offer financial credit loans and verify their eligibility.
- Follow a structured script while making conversations feel authentic and natural.
- Perform qualified credit pulls and transfer 4+ qualified leads daily.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2C sales, call center, or appointment setting required.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.
- Comfortable working with structured scripts while maintaining a natural delivery.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
