Job Description: Product Analyst
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru. We work from office.

As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Skydo's customer offerings. You will work closely with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and deliver actionable insights. This role will require you to:

Analyze data and create dashboards to assess the performance of our product features and customer journeys;

Implement enhancements & product marketing activities based on these insights.

Gather, comprehend and incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve our products and processes

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to drive feature adoption and retention.

Build internal products and tools to enhance efficiency, quality and effectiveness of various teams.

Develop a deep understanding of Skydo's customers and their needs, and advocate for them throughout the product development process.

Serve as a passionate ambassador for Skydo's products and mission, both internally and externally

This role is ideal for aspiring product managers. We will mentor you rigorously, and you will be expected to transition to Product Manager based on performance.

Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Manager, at a fast-growing product company

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Strong data analysis skills, good knowledge of SQL and other data analysis tools

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on customer success

Self-motivated, high on ownership and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

What are we building, and why does it matter?
Global B2B Payments has $120 trillion annual value, with 30 trillion of goods import/export. Import and Export is a large profitable business with a long tail of SMBs. Banks earn $1.6 trillion annually in this space - $700 billion from Payments fees and charges alone. However, pricing of these products is opaque and unfriendly for SMBs, and favours large businesses. Skydo's cross-border payments platform disrupts this and makes payments efficient for SMBs.
