Job Description

We are looking for an excellent Sales Manager for a client located in Pampanga.
This is a day shift role that pays up to 200K per month
At least 5 years of Sales Manager Experience is required from the BPO/Outsourcing Industry
Someone who has acquired new clients for BPOs or outsourcing companies, ideally AU based but not limited

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth, ensuring alignment with the organizations long-term vision and objectives.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of high-potential client leads to ensure steady conversion and long term revenue growth.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships to reinforce confidence in the organizations ability to support and scale their offshore business initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline progression, and forecasts to support strategic decision making and successful deal closures.
  • Provide insights and act as a subject matter expert to develop targeted strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding external business opportunities.
  • Engage cross-functional teams, including Business Development Support and Market Intelligence, to provide comprehensive recommendations on organizational hiring potential and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate and deliver all necessary documentation related to the Master Service Agreement (MSA), including supporting materials required to facilitate the successful closure of client deals.
