Job Description
We are looking for Legal Counsel to work for a client located in Ortigas but will move to Makati by end of year, 2025
This is an onsite work, Mon to Fri with Occasional Travel for meeting with regulatory bodies, clients and legal proceedings
Shift is 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary is up to 200K based on experience
Must be a Qualified Lawyer in the Philippines with at least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, including significant time in a senior in-house role or as a partner in a reputable law firm.
Preferably with experience in Bidding Process and Public-Private Partnership (PPP)
Sector experience in regulated industries (e.g. gaming, finance, tech) is highly desirable.
JOB COMPETENCIES:
- Qualified Lawyer in the Philippines with at least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, including significant time in a senior in-house role or as a partner in a reputable law firm.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across a wide range of legal disciplines.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, employment law, and commercial contract negotiation.
- Strong commercial sensibility and an ability to balance legal caution with business objectives.
- Experience interfacing with government regulators and external counsel.
- Exceptional judgement, integrity, and communication skills.
