Job Description
Job Opportunity: Integration Management Specialist
We are looking for an Integration Management Specialist to work for a client located in Ortigas but will move to Makati by end of year, 2025
This is a hybrid work, Mon to Fri with 3 times onsite per week
Shift is 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary is up to 60K based on experience
Must have at least 3 years of experience in API Integration (Not a developer) with Exposure in API Documentation and must have been a POC of client during pre and post integration
Job Competencies/Specifications:
Key Requirements:
- API Familiarity: Foundational understanding of API concepts (REST, JSON, etc.) and the ability to read and interpret API documentation.
- API Tools Exposure: Some hands-on exposure to API tools like Postman for understanding, testing, or troubleshooting API functionality is required.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to system integration, system setup, and testing, and communicate them effectively.
- Client Interaction: Experience or demonstrated aptitude for interacting professionally with clients or external partners in a technical context.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: An intuitive approach to identifying potential issues and a proactive mindset towards learning and finding solutions. Keen interest in process improvement and automation.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, pay attention to detail, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and comprehension abilities, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with online casino systems or similar transactional platforms is an advantage but not required.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Educational Background: Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) OR possesses equivalent practical experience demonstrating the required skills and aptitude. We value potential and a willingness to learn.
Job Summary:
The Integration Management Specialist will play a key role in assisting with and increasingly automating SI processes, collaborating closely with data analysts, developers, database administrators, quality assurance analysts, and clients to ensure seamless integration experiences. A key aspect of this role involves understanding and working with API documentation and tools.
