EmpressHR is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager / Account Executive to lead our sales efforts in IT outsourcing and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within various domains. This role involves strategic leadership, business development, and managing high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships within target industries
- Establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices

Requirements:
