Dolphin Ears is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our operations and enhance customer experiences. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, manage communications, and help coordinate our dolphin tours and yacht charters. Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating tour bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support marketing efforts through social media management and content creation.
