As a Customer Support Associate at Big Wave Lake Zone, you will play a vital role in ensuring our lakeshore owners and boating enthusiasts receive exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries related to dock and lift sales, installation, and maintenance. Our commitment to quality service means that your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and post-purchase support.
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Requirements:
