Unique Concept Entertainment Co. is growing—and we’re looking for an Operations Executive to join us on-site in Saudi Arabia. If you thrive in structured, multi-location environments and are excited to create measurable impact across quality, cost, and team performance—this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:

• Monitor day-to-day branch operations, SOP checklists, and quality reports.
• Identify and resolve anomalies across sales, service, and quality data.
• Lead process improvement loops (create → deploy → measure → refine).
• Cut unnecessary costs (OPEX) and improve performance across branches.
• Coordinate with branch managers, VM teams, and quality departments.
• Conduct staff appraisals and enforce operational excellence standards.
• Track all tasks using Agile principles and tools like ASANA.

What You Must Have:

• 3–5 years in operations (retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar).
• Strong experience in reporting, task tracking, and operational audits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related.
• High attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and process thinking.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a big plus.
