Job Description

Overview:
Unique Concept Entertainment Co. is seeking a detail-driven Operations Executive to optimize performance across our retail and entertainment branches in Saudi Arabia. This role involves monitoring daily operations, leading process improvements, and ensuring operational excellence. We value creativity and collaboration in a dynamic environment focused on enhancing urban living.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day-to-day branch operations, SOP checklists, and quality reports.
  • Identify and resolve anomalies across sales, service, and quality data.
  • Lead process improvement loops (create → deploy → measure → refine).
  • Cut unnecessary costs (OPEX) and improve performance across branches.
  • Coordinate with branch managers, VM teams, and quality departments.
  • Conduct staff appraisals and enforce operational excellence standards.
  • Track all tasks using Agile principles and tools like ASANA.

    • Requirements:
  • 3–5 years in operations (retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar).
  • Strong experience in reporting, task tracking, and operational audits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or related.
  • High attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and process thinking.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is a big plus.
