Job Description
Overview:
Unique Concept Entertainment Co. is seeking a detail-driven Operations Executive to enhance performance across our retail and entertainment branches in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on optimizing operations, ensuring quality standards, and driving process improvements. Join us to make a measurable impact in a dynamic environment committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day branch operations, SOP checklists, and quality reports.
- Identify and resolve anomalies across sales, service, and quality data.
- Lead process improvement loops (create → deploy → measure → refine).
- Cut unnecessary costs (OPEX) and improve performance across branches.
- Coordinate with branch managers, VM teams, and quality departments.
- Conduct staff appraisals and enforce operational excellence standards.
- Track all tasks using Agile principles and tools like ASANA.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in operations (retail, hospitality, entertainment or similar).
- Strong experience in reporting, task tracking, and operational audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up discipline.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a big plus.
