Job Description
Overview:
Unique Concept Entertainment Co. is seeking a detail-driven Operations Executive to optimize performance across our retail and entertainment branches in Saudi Arabia. This on-site role requires a passion for enhancing operational efficiency and service quality. Join us to create measurable impacts while working in a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day branch operations, SOP checklists, and quality reports.
- Identify and resolve anomalies across sales, service, and quality data.
- Lead process improvement loops (create → deploy → measure → refine).
- Cut unnecessary costs (OPEX) and improve performance across branches.
- Coordinate with branch managers, VM teams, and quality departments.
- Conduct staff appraisals and enforce operational excellence standards.
- Track all tasks using Agile principles and tools like ASANA.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in operations (retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar).
- Strong experience in reporting, task tracking, and operational audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- High attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and process thinking.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a big plus.
