About the job
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a change of pace from your typical management position? New management company is seeking two experienced and dynamic Property Directors for our conventional properties in Kettering and Milford.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage contracts with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property upkeep.
- Complete renewals on tenants.
- Touring prospects through the community and follow up on all leads to maintain high occupancy.
- Maintain accurate legal administrative files related to property operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Experience
- 3 or more years of property management experience is required.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is required.
- Familiarity with facilities management practices and legal administrative tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation.
