Overview:
TruTalent Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Sarasota, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various financial processes within the organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes for timely invoicing and payments.
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic financial forecasts by analyzing relevant data.
- Prepare for internal and external audits by organizing necessary documentation.
- Help maintain internal controls over financial reporting processes.
- Perform basic financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
