Overview:
Stratesfy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to elderly patients in a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and will work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the highest standards of care. This role combines both administrative and hands-on responsibilities in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist elderly patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor patient health by recording vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents while engaging them in social activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the facility by ensuring proper sanitation practices.

    • Requirements:
  • Holding a certification in healthcare or related field (CNA preferred).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience working with elderly populations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • A compassionate nature with patience and understanding towards elderly patients.
