Overview:
Stratesfy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in New York. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families. Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health problems and needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Coordinate with other healthcare team members for comprehensive care.

• Valid RN license in New York State.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
