Overview:
We are seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales Team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, engaging with homeowners and businesses, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads, conduct in-person consultations, and close sales for our Pest, Termite, and Mosquito Control programs
  • Build trust with potential customers by educating them on our superior pest control solutions
  • Utilize proven scripts, sales strategies, and objection-handling techniques to maximize conversion rates
  • Develop your territory through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets to unlock significant commission opportunities and career growth
  • Provide follow-up and maintain strong relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
