The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and social media management, with a passion for creating engaging content and driving brand growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and optimizing brand performance. Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content creation, paid advertising, and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize brand performance
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media posts
  • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, social media engagement, and sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve brand performance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and social media management
  • Proven track record of success in driving brand growth and engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
