Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Proto Engineer to join our team at People Pro. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing prototypes of new products and technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and researchers to bring innovative ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and prototyping, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The Proto Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement prototypes, as well as testing and refining designs. The Proto Engineer will also be responsible for documenting and presenting their work to the team and stakeholders.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test prototypes of new products and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement prototypes
- Test and refine designs to ensure they meet project requirements
- Document and present work to the team and stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends
- Develop and maintain prototypes and testing equipment
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of new products


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in prototyping, engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in CAD design, 3D printing, and prototyping technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
