Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts, driving growth and success for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business consulting, or coaching services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. As a Sales Manager at Growth Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting with MSME business owners, developing and implementing sales strategies, and conducting client meetings and presentations. You will work closely with our consulting team to align client needs with tailored strategies, ensuring the delivery of exceptional business consulting services.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with MSME business owners to understand their growth challenges
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business consulting services
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and workshops to showcase solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
  • Work closely with the consulting team to align client needs with tailored strategies

  • Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business consulting, or coaching services
