Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Accounts & Finance to join our Accounts Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling transactions related to Mutual Funds, fund flow management, and monitoring of bank balances. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, tracking vendor payments, and handling high-value transactions.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Handling transactions related to Mutual Funds, fund flow management, and monitoring of bank balances
  • Preparing MIS reports for daily reporting of bank transactions
  • Tracking vendor payments, bulk payments, and other financial transactions
  • Maintaining and reconciling bank statements and balances
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Providing support for GST and TDS related compliances
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations

    • Requirements:
  • M.Com or CA Inter qualification with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Expert working knowledge of MS-Excel, Tally ERP, and other financial software
  • Strong understanding of GST rules and compliances
  • Ability to handle high-value transactions and voluminous data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
