Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive impactful civil projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with excellent leadership and team handling skills. The role will be based in Dehgam, near Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, and will offer a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.
Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil projects from conception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Monitor and report project progress, and make adjustments as necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in project management with a builder, PMC, or contractor
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Expertise in civil structures and proactive project management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
