Overview
Nandan GSE Pvt Ltd is a 34-year-old family-owned manufacturer of Material Handling and Ground Support Equipment serving aerospace, aviation, defense, and automotive sectors.

We are looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer who believes quality is built on the shop floor, not just in files. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet ISO / AS9100 standards and customer expectations as we scale operations.

You will work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to prevent defects, improve processes, and build a strong culture of quality ownership.
Fabrication and fit up quality and body aesthetic quality

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain quality plans, inspection methods, and checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer requirements.
  • Handle non-conformances, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Work with design and production teams during new product development and production ramp-up.
  • Track quality data and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
  • Guide and support junior quality staff and inspectors.

    • Requirements
  • BE / BTech in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering is also acceptable.
  • 3+ years experience as a Quality Engineer in aerospace, aviation, defense, or automotive manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 standards.
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, Docs for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, no-nonsense approach to quality.
