As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries via live chat. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, maintaining professionalism, and upholding our company's positive brand image. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to troubleshoot problems, provide information, and guide customers through processes via live chat support. Day To Day Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to resolve customer issues
- Provide information and guidance to customers through live chat support
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
