  • Act as a coordination point between project management and shop-floor execution.
  • Support issue resolution by facilitating communication across teams.

  • Skills & Competencies
    Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, filters, basic analysis).
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and/or production planning principles.
  • Ability to structure information, follow processes, and maintain discipline in execution.

  • Communication & Behavioural Skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams and shop-floor personnel.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to highlight issues early.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership.

  • Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Production preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environment (freshers with strong internships may also be considered).

  • Why This Role Matters
  • Direct exposure to live engineering projects from order to delivery.
  • Opportunity to learn both Project Management and Operations Planning, building a strong foundation for future leadership roles.

  • Growth Path
  • Project Engineer / Project Manager
  • Operations Planning Lead
  • Project Director / Operations Leadership roles (for high performers)

  • Location & Work Environment
  • Based at Khalapur manufacturing facility (near Navi Mumbai).
  • On-site role with hands-on exposure to production and project execution.
