Job Description

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot,and repair ground support equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on a fleet of aerospace and automotive handling machines, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications and safety regulations.

Document all service activities in the company's ERP system, providing detailed reports that support warranty claims and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement design modifications and upgrades that enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Respond to emergency service calls on-site, delivering rapid resolution within agreed service level agreements to minimize customer downtime.

Conduct training sessions for internal staff and customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance best practices.

Manage inventory of spare parts, forecasting demand and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience servicing hydraulic, pneumatic, or electromechanical equipment in the aerospace, aviation, or automotive sectors.

Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent vocational training.

Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.

Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of diagnosing complex equipment failures and implementing effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend or on‑call assignments, to meet urgent service requirements.

Commitment to safety protocols and continuous learning, demonstrated by relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred.
