Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

1 to 3+ years of hands‑on experience in mechanical design for aerospace, aviation, or automotive equipment (Freshers with good designning skills also welcome to apply)

Proficiency with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Fusion, Creo) and familiarity with GD&T principles

Experience conducting FEA, stress analysis, and material selection for high‑performance applications

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into practical design solutions

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA, SolidWorks, or Creo for ground support equipment components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications

Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and stress testing to validate design integrity and optimize material selection for weight, durability, and cost efficiency

Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to create manufacturable designs, generate tooling and fixture specifications, and support prototype build and testing activities

Lead design reviews with cross‑functional stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine concepts and achieve project milestones on schedule

Maintain and update the product data management (PDM) system, ensuring accurate version control and documentation for all design artifacts

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, reducing design cycle time and enhancing product reliability

Support compliance activities by preparing technical documentation for certifications such as AS9100 and ISO 9001
