We are seeking a Sanitation and Maintenance Supervisor responsible for maintaining high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas. This role is essential in ensuring our commitment to quality and authenticity.

Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas.
  • Providing functional assistance to operations during peak periods and functions.
  • Keeping F&B equipment inventory book up to date.
  • Maintaining all F&B areas free of pests at all times.
  • Cleaning food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
  • Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines.
  • Washing and disinfecting kitchen, storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
  • Receiving deliveries, storing perishables properly, and rotating stock.

    • Requirements:
    - STM/STPM preferred education level.
    - Strong attention to detail for cleanliness standards.
    - Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively.
    - Good organizational skills for inventory management.
