About the Role

Overview:
Jananam Safety India is a growing start-up focused on improving Health, Safety, and Environment by providing fire-fighting, safety, and personal protective equipment to manufacturing industries. Founded by R. Kamala Kannan in 2020 with extensive experience in the field of fire and safety, we offer consulting services on health, safety, and environment. The Admin & HSE Coordinator for Solar O&M will ensure effective implementation of HSE systems across all operational solar power plants in India through centralized supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor HSE performance of all solar O&M sites through reports and digital monitoring tools.
  • Track compliance with company HSE policy and statutory requirements.
  • Review site HSE daily reports, incident logs, and inspection data.
  • Maintain centralized records of incidents and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate data collection for accurate reporting.
  • Support site teams to uphold a safe work environment.

    • Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
    • (Fresher) or up to 3 years of experience in HSE management systems.
    (Strong knowledge) of solar O&M operations.
    (Excellent) data analysis skills (MS Excel/Power BI preferred).
    (Good communication) skills to work with remote teams.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
