Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone and email.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials.
  • Monitor system performance and report any issues or anomalies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
