About the Role

Overview:
Metalink Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Production Planning and Inventory Controller to join our growing team in Bulacan. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production operations by developing schedules, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with various departments. The successful candidate will uphold our Quality Management System (QMS) and implement continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules in line with customer demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
  • Generate work orders based on capacity and forecasted demand.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly production accomplishments by plant.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve operational issues.

    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in production planning or inventory control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

    Requirements
