About the Role

Job Title: Business Development Engineer – BESS
Location: Dubai, U.A.E.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary & Commission: Earn a base salary between AED 7,000 and AED 9,000 monthly, with the potential to earn an additional AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 in performance-based commission.

    • What We’re Looking For:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and solar products.

  • Good technical knowledge of BESS.

    • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
    • Strong technical knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
    • 1‑3 years of proven sales experience with solar or renewable‑energy products
    • Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities in a B2B environment
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic is a plus)
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to assess client needs and propose suitable BESS solutions
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline while collaborating with engineering and project teams
