This includes attending meetings, site visit, site supervision, claim submission, project document filing & record keeping, conduct testing & commissioning, handover and other necessary activities in project management.<br /> <br /> 3) Project Supervision:<br /> To provide full time project supervision & report of PV system installation, and handling of sub-contractors, clients, deliveries and other site related matters<br /> To inspect electrical system, equipment and components.<br /> To attend & conduct T&C when required by client or authorities (e.g. TNB or SEDA).<br /> <br /> 4) Project O&M:<br /> To conduct planned maintenance activities as well as performs regular site inspections.<br /> Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs equipment as required.<br /> To assist with investigation of electrical related issues including root cause analysis as needed and problem solving for technical issues at site or during design stage<br /> <br /> 5) HSE Compliance:<br /> Prioritizes safety daily, participating in site safety meetings, identifying job hazards, and providing work process improvements.<br /> <br /> 6) General:<br /> To provide assistance to the Operation Manager in day-to-day technical operations<br /> <br /> Qualifications:<br /> Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.<br /> Chargeman and wireman certifications are highly encouraged<br /> <br /> Experience:<br /> Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar system.<br /> Hands-on experience with PV systems, inverters, and other solar technology.<br /> <br /> Skills:<br /> -Strong technical knowledge of solar systems and components.<br /> -Proficiency in using monitoring and data analysis software.<br /> -Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.<br /> -Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct through inspections.<br /> -Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination.<br /> -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br /> -Physical ability to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.
