We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Training Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys travel, and can connect with staff at all levels.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> <br /> Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programmes for catering and management staff.<br /> Conduct on-the-job and classroom training sessions to support staff growth and operational excellence.<br /> Identify training needs at units through observation, feedback, and performance trends.<br /> Develop professional training materials.<br /> Manage and maintain a national training schedule, ensuring timely delivery of training initiatives.<br /> Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality outcomes.<br /> Travel extensively to various units across South Africa and Eswatini (valid passport required).<br /> Support company objectives through leadership development and skills enhancement.<br /> Maintain accurate training records, reports, and follow-up actions.<br /> Be available for occasional extended hours and weekends when required.<br /> <br /> Requirements:<br /> <br /> Proven experience in training, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.<br /> Excellent communication and presentation skills.<br /> Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.<br /> Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creative platforms such as Canva.<br /> Good knowledge of catering operations, food safety standards, time management, and customer service.<br /> Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage diverse teams.<br /> A passion for people development and continuous learning.<br /> <br /> Closing date: 14 November 2025<br /> Available to start on the 1 December 2025
